You’re absolutely freaking crushing it.
Congratulations on your business success & growth thus far! You've set yourself up well and it's obviously paying off, but don’t stop there!

You deserve success.
While you’re finding success and growing your business, it’s important to still evaluate your priorities, goals and what’s next to bring you to the next level. It’s easy to get swept up in the success and whilst you should be celebrating those wins (please make sure you do!), I’m here to help you climb to the next level and scale.
Challenge accepted?
The only answer is yes!
Step 1: Conduct a SWOT Analysis and Get Tactical
Yes, you may have done this before, but businesses are ever-changing with growth and it’s important to continue evaluating your SWOT as your business operates to ensure you’re prepared for what’s next. You noted your business has opportunities on the docket, add those to this!
S = Strengths
W = Weaknesses
O = Opportunities
T = Threats
You’ll likely be left with a long list of potential actions, new ideas, new priorities, and a much clearer vision of your business!
Step 1: Complete the SWOT analysis worksheet and highlight your priorities from each Strength, Weakness, Opportunity or Threat outlined.
Step 2: Get tactical. Once you’ve done your SWOT analysis and prioritized your action list, it’s time to outline your tactics. Practically speaking, how will you accomplish your goals?
While it sounds like a lot of work, defining your tactics frees you (and your team) to only work on tasks that are directly tied to an outcome. It increases productivity by providing extreme clarity. Isn’t that the dream!?

Step 2: Make a Strategic Plan
You’re seeing growth, but there’s still a gap. Do you know how you’re getting there? Do you know what’s next?
Now that you’ve outlined your priorities and tactical list — it’s time to gain clarity and establish the metrics necessary for steering your business in the right direction for the next 1, 3, and 5 years.
I’m offering 20% off the JDP Consult Strategic Business plan template so that you can tackle your business planning. This is a thoughtfully curated spreadsheet (that I use myself!) that is designed to propel your business forward with measurable goals and metrics. Available in both Excel format and Google Sheets.

Step 3: Bring In a Strategic Integrator
You’ve identified your goals, you’ve got your tactics down, and now it’s time to execute & implement. Well, that’s easier said than done and that’s where I come in!
Bringing in a Strategic Integrator to help transform your business is a big step, but sometimes a necessary one. A single conversation can make all the difference and I offer a variety of services from a one-hour virtual chat to a 6-month intensive to help you grow with strategic clarity and implementation.
