From there, I map out a set of strategic options, grounded in real scenarios and real numbers, grounded in research, so you can see what different paths forward could look like.

Hi! I’m Jordyn. I started JDP Consult after years of building and growing businesses myself, so I know what it’s like to be the one making every decision while trying to figure out what’s next.

In a past life, I ran a VC-funded jewelry business, scaled it to six figures, and supported a public technology company through major acquisitions. Since then, I have worked with over 75 small businesses to support them through their biggest transitions.

Along the way, I’ve seen that most founders don’t need more information or DIY strategies; they simply need clarity, thoughtful strategy, and space to think.

That’s how JDP Consult was born.

I bring a mix of financial insight, operational experience, and communications know-how to every client I serve. However, I also understand the human side of running a business—this is your baby, but you likely have other babies and life commitments to honor, too.
